What Every Harrison Landing Home Includes
Modern finishes come with every home, apartment or townhome, beginning in the kitchen: soft-close, two-tone cabinetry with white uppers and gray lowers, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a farm-style sink with a gooseneck faucet and pull-down sprayer, and a dark blue tile backsplash. Each kitchen is designed for gathering, with an island in 7 of our 11 floor plans and a long breakfast bar in the other 4: The Pioneer, The Meigs, The Congress, and The President. Every home at Harrison Landing also includes a full-size washer and dryer and 9-foot ceilings, vaulted ceilings in the three bedroom townhome. Other in-home features include:

Luxury Apartments for Rent in Perrysburg
Harrison Landing’s one, two, and three-bedroom apartments are single-level homes in three-story buildings with covered, open-air breezeways and stairs. There are no elevators. Each apartment has its own exterior entrance, with no interior hallways, and a patio or balcony, except The Governor floor plan, described below.
The one-bedroom apartments are The Pioneer, The Governor, The Symmes, and The Nine. Our two-bedroom apartments in Perrysburg are The Liberty, The Meigs, The Stars, and The Stripes. The three-bedroom apartment is The Freedom, with three bedrooms on one level and two baths. The Symmes has a separate laundry/utility room, and The Meigs has a separate dining area.
Bathrooms are appointed with a walk-in shower and glass door in the two-bedroom, two-bath apartments and The Freedom, while the one-bedroom apartments and The Liberty offer a tub/shower combination.
For parking, detached private one-car garages are available to rent for every apartment except The Governor floor plan, which includes its own, and unassigned surface lot parking is available. Selected detached garages have EV ports.
One Bedroom With a Private One-Car Garage
The Governor is a one-bedroom carriage house style apartment on the second floor, above a private one-car garage that is included in rent. Residents park in the garage and take the covered exterior stairs up to the home. The Governor has a walk-in closet and a kitchen island, and it does not include a patio or balcony.
One Bedroom With a Den
The Nine is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a separate den, which is not a bedroom. The den gives the home a flexible room beyond the bedroom and living area. The Nine also has a walk-in closet and a kitchen island.
Two Bedrooms and One Bath
The Liberty is the only two-bedroom apartment with one bath, shared by both bedrooms. Every other two-bedroom apartment has two baths. The Liberty has a kitchen island.

The President is a townhome with three bedrooms, three baths, and vaulted ceilings. Two bedrooms are on the main level, and the third bedroom and an open loft are upstairs. The kitchen features a long breakfast bar, and the loft adds versatile space.
